Bajaj V12 Disc Brake Variant has just Launched In India. This is priced at Rs 60,000 in the Indian market. The only difference is the front disc brake and there is not other changes made to the V12. First launched Bajaj V12 equipped with drum brake setup. This new model is based on customers urge for the need of a disc brake.
Price of this new model is dearer by Rs 3,000 compared to the drum brake variant of the V12. The bike shares components from V15. The V12 gets black mudguard, revamped paint stripes, slimmer tube tyres, 13-litre fuel tank and 133kg kerb weight. Powering the bike is an efficient 124.5 cc Single cylinder, 4 stroke, SOHC 2 valve, Air cooled, DTS-i engine.
This makes Maximum Power of 10.55 Bhp @ 7500 rpm and Maximum Torque of 10.98 Nm @ 5500 rpm. Engine mated to 5 speed gears for smooth transmission. There is Wet Multi Plate Type clucth, 130mm Drum Front Brake , 130mm Drum Rear Brake, Telescopic Forks Front Suspension and Twin shocks, Nitrox (Gas filled) Rear Suspension.
