BSNL Offers 3G Internet Data At Rs. 36/GB
Latest hot news in telecom industry is that the state owned BSNL reduces 3G Data Tariff to fight Jio and they Offers 3G Internet At Rs. 36/GB. BSNL trying to compete with the Reliance Jio’s free data and unlimited voice offering. BSNL earlier renewed their Rs. 78 data tariff plan to offer 2 GB 3G data instead of 1 GB with a validity of 5 days. This public telecom operator offers 8 GB 3G data under its Rs. 291 plan. So cost per GB is a little over Rs. 36.
The price is below what the current 4G operators are offering (others offers data at Rs. 50/ GB approx.). This is one of the lowest and best affordable rate in the Industry for those did not have a Jio SIM. Earlier the Rs. 291 data plan offered just 2 GB 3G data valid for 28 days and now the same plan available with 8 GB data carrying the same validity. Those who are interested can recharge with this pack starting today.
With this offer BSNL is trying to fill the gap between the 3G mobile subscribers and 4G devices. Each and every operators promoting 4G devices and offers extra 4G data benefits. This is causing the 3G users helpless. Immediate purchase of a new 4G mobile phone is not affordable for every one in India. Crores of People still deals with 2G and 3G data for their needs.
