The much awaited and well known DSK Benelli TNT 25 has finally Launched in India at Rs 1.68 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Benelli TNT 25 is the hot naked bike from Benelli which recently showcased in India at the IBW 2015. Benelli TNT 25 is said to be the Benelli’s most affordable offering in the country.
A ‘premium’ variant has also been launched and this is priced Rs 1.75 lakh. The difference is better rubber – shod with Metzeler tyres. DSK Benelli TNT 25 standard model gets regular standard MRF tyres. This bike is powered by a 249cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with fuel injection.
The engine is powerful and can produce 28.16bhp at 9800rpm and peak torque of 21.61Nm at 8000rpm. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox for smooth transmission. Benelli TNT 25 is a rival for KTM duke bikes, as they are priced high. On external the Benelli TNT 25 comes with an exposed frame, engine cowl, side mounted exhaust, smartly styled fuel tank and 12-spoke alloy wheels.
Safety is assured with 280mm Disc, 4-piston caliper in front and 240mm Disc, 2-piston caliper at rear. There is also 110mm Telescopic Forks suspension in front and 120mm Telescopic Coil Spring at rear. Aluminum Alloy wheels offers stunning look. Instrument cluster include Digital Speedometer and Analog tachometer.
The bike measures 780 mm seat height, 130 mm Ground Clearance, 150 kg kerb weight and 16.5 litres Fuel Tank Capacity. It gets With 2 Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor. This powerful naked street-fighter leads a direct competition with KTM Duke 390 territory.
