Hero Xtreme Sports Vs TVS Apache RTR 160 Vs Honda CB Trigger 150Hero Xtreme Sports is a new powerful variant of the CBZ Xtreme going to launch around the Diwali festive season in India. It need to compete with the TVS Apache RTR 160 and Honda CB Trigger 150.

Engine, Power and Performance

Powering the Hero Xtreme Sports is a 149.2cc, air-cooled engine. 149.2 cc is the Engine Displacement. It can churns out more power and torque. The engine can gives you 15.2 BHP of power at 8500 RPM. The torque produced is 12.80 Nm @ 6500 RPM. TVS Apache RTR 160 powered by the 159.7cc, 4-stroke engine. The engine can churns out 15.2 Bhp @ 8500 rpm power and 13.1 Nm @ 6000 rpm torque on ride.

Honda CB Trigger is powered by the powerful 149.1cc, Air-Cooled, 4 Stroke, SI engine that is capable to produce power of 10.3 kw (14 bhp)@8500 rpm and torque of 12.5 Nm @ 6500 rpm on ride.  Both these three 150cc bikes engine mated with 5 Speed manual gears transmission.

Mileage

TVS Apache RTR 160 offers 52.00 kmpl in mileage highway and 42kmpl mileage in city on ride. Average of 60kmpl is the offered company mileage of TVS Apache RTR 160. Hope the Hero Xtreme Sports will offer good mileage as other variants.

Brakes and Suspension

Hero Xtreme Sports equipped with the telescopic front forks and 5-step adjustable twin shocks suspension at the rear. 240 mm disc brakes  at the front and at rear you have 130 mm drum brake (the 220 mm rear disc optional). While the TVS Apache RTR 160 features Telescopic Forks Suspension(Front) and Monotube Inverted Gas Filled Shock at rear.

There is fitted 270mm Petal Disc Brakes in front and 200mm Petal Disc Brakes(Rear) 240mm Disc brakes fitted in front and 220mm disc in rear for best braking(optional) in RTR 160. Honda CB Trigger also gets Telescopic forks suspension used in front  and rear Monoshock. 240mm Disc brakes fitted in front and 220mm disc in rear for best braking(optional).
