Click form 2 and fill your personal data without any mistake. You need to scan your passport size photo and upload it. Besides, upload soft copy of your documents. After that, click the submit button. It is also possible to submit your attached copies to the local Election Registration Officer (ERO). You should pay a penalty to the election office for getting a fresh copy of your voter card.
