2017 Jawa 350 bike has just Launched In Czech Republic. The bike may also launch in India. The all new Jawa 350 OHC with a four-stroke engine meets Euro 4 emission norms. The bike features iconic styling of its bikes from the 1970s. The Jawa 350 motorcycle produced by Jawa Moto in Czechoslovakia until 1992 and in the Czech Republic until present.
The Jawa 350 two stroke twin cylinder motorcycle is still in production. The bike is imported and sold in the UK. The two 350cc two stroke models are named as the “Classic” and the “Sport”. These bikes also imported and sold in Ireland and throughout Europe. The retro motorcycle retains the brand’s yesteryear design and style.
The 2017 version equipped with updated mechanical package. Recently Mahindra & Mahindra purchased the brand and the bike may be launched in India also. The Jawa 350 OHC is the first model to feature ABS. This is powered by a 350 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder motor. This is capable of making 26 bhp at 5250 rpm and 32 Nm of peak torque at 4750 rpm.
Engine is paired to a 4-speed gearbox for smooth riding. The bike capable of attaining top speed of 120 kmph. The all new four-stroke motor meets Euro 4 emission norms in Europe. There is also addition of electronic fuel-injection (EFI), Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS). This is the first ever Jawa motorcycle to get ABS.
The Jawa 350 OHC features dry weight of 154 kg. There is fuel tank capacity of decent 17 litres. It gets 19-inch wheels at the front and an 18-inch unit at the rear. For safety you have 305 mm front disc and a 160 mm drum brake at rear. The bike need to compete with the RE Classic 350. It may be showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo.
