KTM recently launched the famous sports bikes – Duke 200 and Duke 390 in India with great specifications and features. Now this Austrian bike manufacturer plans to launch KTM 500 EXC Dirt Bike in India. Company have plans to launch many other Enduro and Adventure bikes in India. Recent spreading news is that, KTM already imported a couple of units of the 500 EXC to India.

KTM has been taking feedback from prospective buyers of various parts of India. The famous KTM 350 SX-F Dirt bike showcased few months ago. We are expecting for the – KTM EXC 500 which is a powerful dirt-bike that comes under the brand’s Enduro portfolio of KTM. The look and styling of dirt bikes are same as in video games or on the TV.

KTM EXC 500 is the most powerful enduro bikes available in the market today. The bike is very light in weight and packed with the powerful engine being high on power. All this offers the EXC 500 a great power-to-weight ratio. You can see the air box which is designed in very ingenious way and this can protects the air filter from dust.

510.4cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC engine powers this bike. This churns out 50 HP power. Engine features forced oil lubrication system and a liquid cooling system. KTM EXC 500 coming with a tapered Neken handlebar which can be fixed in a choice of four positions. There is also a MAE speedometer that can displays all the required information in one screen.

Safety is well assured in this bike with multi-disc unit with Brembo hydraulics. Central frame of the bike is made from chrome molybdenum steel tubing. About capacities and measurements, KTM EXC 500 gets 9-litres and the bike weighs just 111.5 kgs. KTM EXC 500 Price in India will be nearly 7 lakhs if brought as CBU.

    Ktm 500 superb model …id like that bike ….
    But the only think is ..price …?
    Coz iam a middle class person ..7lakhs meens ..its a big amount for me…..please …lanch in 2lakhs to 3lakhs.. iam from HYD

      I dont know when it will come out, I personally love riding dirtbikes, I have lived abroad my whole life and just moved to mumbai, and want to buy a ktm dirtbike, seems that there is none being sold. Big dissapointment

    Its good but its very expensive. u can compare to hona dirt wheels which are nearly starts from range of 2 lacs to 5 lacs in indi (KTM U GOT CHALLANGE)

    I am very happy to listen about launching ktm 500 and Company have plans to launch many other Enduro and Adventure bikes in India. after long waiting for the same finally company has taken very good decision.
