Piaggio Launching three New Vespa Scooters in India during 2014. They are Piaggio Vespa 946, Vespa S and Vespa Primavera scooters. The first one is Piaggio Vespa 946 which will be powered by a 125cc engine which churns out 11.9PS power.
The Vespa 946 launched in Europe last month which is very expensive for common people. In India it may cost around Rs. 2 lakh. The second one is Piaggio Vespa S powered by the 4 Stroke 125cc engine. Italian two-wheeler specialist Piaggio bring this one based on the based on the LX125.
The third one is Piaggio Vespa Primavera which shows the Vespa’s traditional, stylish and all-sheet-metal construction mode. This one is packed with 3-valve SOHC fuel-injected engine. It is sure that Vespa scooters will be an attraction in 2014 for two wheeler buyers.

Piaggio Vespa 946 will be a remarkable launch in early 2014 with its awesome features and most of them are really rare in the two wheeler segment. The expected price is around Rs. 2 to 3 lakh. This radical scooter comes with an attractive retro-futuristic design.
The Piaggio Vespa 946 represents the future generation Vespa scooters. The top styling attractions includes LCD instrumentation cluster, floating saddle, LED headlamp, LED tail light, cast aluminium support etc.
The engine package will be a 125cc engine which churns out 11.9PS power output and 10.3Nm of torque on ride. There is a chance for another 150cc engine which can produce 13.2PS of power output and a torque of 12.6NM on ride.
The cost of this premium scooter will be really worth it because of this hot features like front disc brakes, rear disc brakes, ABS (anti-lock braking system), ASR (anti-slip regulator) and Traction Control system.

About the engine package will be remain the same as the earlier model. Powered by a 4 Stroke 125cc engine that is capable enough to produce power of 10.06 Bhp at 7500 rpm and torque of 10.6 Nm at 6000 rpm. Power transferred to the wheels via the CVT transmission.
The engine can produce displacement of 125cc on ride along with automatic gears. The expected mileage from this engine in 2014 model is mileage is 45kmpl in city and 60kmpl in highway.

Piaggio Vespa Primavera
Piaggio Vespa Primavera is a new scooter from the Piaggio will replace the LX versions. It is got attention during the 2013 EICMA show in Milan and expected to launch in India during early 2014. The engine package will be the same as LX series but the design and style including dimensions may get newer updates.
The hot and attractive features expecting in the upcoming model Piaggio Vespa Primavera includes thinner foot-board, alloy wheels, disc brakes, lower seat, LED daytime running lamps, stylish side flair etc.
It also comes with five-spoke 11″ alloy wheels for stunning looks. The expected engine is a 125 cc or another option of 150 cc too.
The engine will be of 3-valve SOHC fuel-injected engines features crankshaft, fuel injection, roller-rockers to give you good performance and mileage figure offering. The engine will return fuel efficiency of 64 kmpl on ride.
