1. Jalebi

The Jalebi or Zulbia is a sweet y popular in the Indian subcontinent. It can serve warm or cold. This sweet is famous in countries of  North Africa, East Africa, South Asia and West Asia. The main ingredients of this Indian sweet are maida flour, saffron, ghee and sugar. It has a somewhat chewy texture with a crystallized sugary exterior coating.

2. Rasagulla

The Rasagulla is considered as a popular Indian sweet from Kolkata, which is known as “King of Indian Sweets”. This is a traditional Bengali sweet made with paneer and dipped in a sugary syrup. 3. Gujia

This halwa can be served either cold or hot.

5. Kalakand

The Kalakand is a white colored Indian sweet, which is almost totally made up of khoya and garnished with dry fruits. This is  made in the Indian subcontinent during festivals or celebrations like Eid, Navratri, Holi, Diwali etc. This popular Bengali sweet is made with some ingredients such as milk, sugar and paneer. 6. Soan papdi

7. Gulab jamun

The Gulab jamun is regarded as an international sweet, which is made mainly from milk solids, traditionally from freshly curdled milk. This is very tasty dish. It is commonly prepared and distributed during Diwali occasion. This milk-solid-based South Asian sweet popular in Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan.

8. Mysore Pak

The Mysore Pak is considered as one of the popular Indian sweets. It has a rectangular shaped. This sweet is made during festivals (Janmashtami, Diwali etc.) and almost all special occasions. This is the famous sweetmeat from the royal city of Mysore. This sweet dish is made with ghee, gram flour and sugar is mouthwatering.

9. Laddu

The Laddu or Laddoo is a ball-shaped sweets, which is often prepared to celebrate religious occasions, festivals or household events such as weddings, housewarming etc. Rava laddus, aval laddu, besan laddus, coconut laddus, groundnut laddu, motichoor laddus, etc. are the variants of Laddu.
