Triumph Motorcycles Ltd introduces Triumph Street Scrambler in India. It is launched in India at the price of Rs. 8.10 lakh. It is the latest addition to the modern classical range in the Triumph motorcycles range in India. It is an extension of Triumph Bonneville range.
This motorcycle aimed at those who like to ride the bike both on and off road. The Triumph Street Scrambler can be booked at any one of the 14 Triumph dealership around the country. It is available in 3 colors such as korozi red frozen silver, matt khaki green and jet black.
Street Scrambler has wide handlebars and a low seat height, a proper metal bashplate to protect the underbelly. And it has a bigger 19 inch wire spoke front wheel. It runs on Metzeler Tourance tyres that offer sufficient grip.
The styling of this bike includes an elegantly shaped fuel tank, black sculpted engine covers and a stylish engine badge. It is powered by the Street Twin’s all-new, 900cc torque engine, liquid-cooled, fuel injected high torque parallel twin engine. The engine can develops 55PS at 6,000rpm and 80Nm at 2,850rpm.
It also provides some electronic aids for those who like some sideways actions such as switchable traction controls as well as switchable ABS. Other features includes an interchangeable pillion seat and aluminum rear rack, removable pillion pegs, ‘Bear Trap’ adventure style front pegs and bash plate. There is a new front mudguard mounts to suit the larger wheel and new contemporary mirrors.
