World’s first Bluetooth Audio SoC

Qualcomm Technologies today introduced world’s first Bluetooth Audio SoC (CSR8675) with integrated Active Noise Cancelling Technology. Key Features of CSR8675 is given here. The CSR8675 is Bluetooth version 4.2 compliant and features 120 MHz programmable Kalimba DSP with integrated multipoint A2DP and HFP audio applications. You can use aptX, aptX Low Latency, aptX HD, MP3, AAC and SBC audio codecs with this.

There is 2-mic Qualcomm cVc 8th Generation voice processing technology with wideband speech. Another feature is Audio tuning suite with audio enhancements and two 5-band EQs. The product supports GAIA V2 and associated Android & iOS example apps for enhanced connectivity with mobile devices.

There is Link Layer Topology support for enhanced multi-device co-existence and Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo. The Two I2S ports best for enhanced audio connectivity capabilities with external components. There is also Support for Apple MFi & Apple ANCS for enhanced communication with iOS devices. Another feature is Qualcomm meloD stereo widening technology.

It has Very low power allowing long listening time per battery charge. This Facilitates reduced development time. It is Robust, completely wire-free headphone connection with antenna technology. There is Inclusion of Bluetooth 4.2 and 8th generation Qualcomm cVc noise cancellation technology too.
