1. Create a seller account

In order to become a Seller on eBay, you have to first create a seller account in eBay. You may have used to sign in with the user ID and Password for eBay and this is your personal account. For business purpose, from the home page of eBay, Click on “Register” option and then click on “start a business account”. Now you will be directed to a new window and here you have to fill data.


To fill this, enter Business name, Business type, Salutation, Business address, City, state, pin code, country, telephone number, email address etc. Provide accurate contact details and enter verification code hidden in the image. Then check the box below as agreement. Read  “User Agreement & eBay Policies” before checking the box. 


How to register for Paisapay ?

Then register for Paisapay. This is the safest and most convenient means to accept payments on eBay India. You should offer PaisaPay on all your listings for selling all items in eBay.  Those with less than 20 listings can offer only PaisaPay. After completing 20 listings, you can offers other payment methods. This link with your bank account.

To register for PaisaPay, Enter the name of the person (who have bank account), bank account number, name of the bank, branch, 9-digit MICR code, accept PaisaPay’s terms and conditions and finally click on Register button. 

2. Do Your Listing

Go to eBay’s Sell Your Item form by clicking the Sell button. List your item and describe your item in clear, simple terms. Choose most relevant category for your item. Before listing, do some research and compare your item with other active and completed listings on eBay. Steps to Create a Listing Template in eBay

  • From Bigcommerce control panel, go to Marketing › Sell on eBay
  • Click on the eBay Listing Templates tab
  • Click Create an eBay Listing Template
  • Fill out your template name and settings, Under General Listing Details
  • To enter the eBay categories, click Change next to Primary eBay Category
