Railway recruitment 2018 – First computer-based railway exam on August 9

Here is everything you should know about the Railway recruitment 2018. They are ready to introduce the First computer-based railway exam on August 9. There will be set of computer-based tests for the 26,502 vacancies. This includes posts for assistant loco pilots and technicians.

Approx 47.56 lakh candidates have applied for the vacancies. There will be a mock link for the first stage of the computer-based test which will held on July 26. The e-call letter can be later downloaded by the candidates from website. This can be done four days prior to the exam.

Eligible Candidates can login with their details on the date through the link available on the official websites of RRBs. Applicants can know their exam city, date, session, travel authority (for SC/ST candidates only) and E-call letter. 

The computer-based railway exam on August 9 will last for an hour for general candidates. The time limit is 80 minutes for differently-abled candidates. Pattern of questions includes 75 multiple choice questions. There will be 1/3rd negative marking for every incorrect answer. 

All eligible candidates should check the official websites of RRBs for all recruitment related information. RRB recruit will be only based on merit and the shortlist will be published on the official websites. They warn against fake social media messages and frauds.
