Yamaha Delight Scooter is expected to be launched soon in India With Disc Brakes. Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha plans to launch D’elight Scooter to expand its scooter portfolio in India. This is a great scooter with pros of good build quality, powerful engine, vast service network etc.
Yamaha Delight Scooter comes in beautiful Magnetic Bronze, Midnight Black and Milky White color options. A 113cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve engine powers the scooter. It can churns out 7 Bhp @ 7500 rpm power and 8.1 Nm @ 5500 rpm torque on ride.
Engine features C.D.I (Capacitor Discharge Ignition), Air Cooling, Carburetor Fuel System, Force-feed Lubrication , wet sump etc. 50 mm x 57.8 mm is the bore and stroke. Yamaha Delight Scooter Engine mated to V-belt automatic transmission and Dry, Centrifugal clutch.
A powerful Hydraulic single disc, Ø 180 mm brake fitted in front. At rear there is Drum, Ø 130 mm brakes for safety of passenger and rider. Suspension used is Telescopic fork in front and Unit Swing at rear. 85 mm Front Wheel Travel and 70 mm Rear Wheel Travel is available.
Yamaha Delight Scooter gets MF battery. It measures 835 mm Overall Length, 685 mm Overall Width, 1080 mm Overall Height, 755 mm Seat Height etc. There is 115 mm Ground Clearance, 1250 mm Wheelbase, 98 kg Kerb/Wet Weight and Fuel Tank Capacity of 4.4 litres.
Speedometer, Odometer and Fuel Gauge are Analog type. Electric Start and Passenger Footrest are the comfort options in this scooter.
